I have been using these tapes for about 30 years. I loved the ones on past lives, weight loss, stress and anxiety, relaxation, stop smoking, and they were very helpful. I was able to give up tobacco, lose weight, become more relaxed and less anxious. They have also helped my wife exercise and weight loss. We also found an excellent hypnotist where we lived 30 years ago who was very helpful. But all my tapes are worn out.

Back in 1992, I used the Weight Loss Hypnosis each night with hypnosis and each day with subliminal for 3 months and from the start, I dreamed that I was working out even though I really had never dedicated to an exercise program before that I stuck to. I lose almost 40 pounds within those 3 months and I kept it off for over 6 years. In 1994, I listened to the Money/Prosperity Hypnosis and Subliminal on an autoplay cassette player that would play the second cassette automatically and within one month I got a job that paid me $25 an hour even though my highest hourly wage before that was $8 an hour prior to that. I lost all my old cassettes and now loaded with lots of titles on CD now and listening to them as I do my computer work each day. I am yet to decide on one to dedicate for a month but when I do, I know for a fact that I will experience absolute improvements that everyone will notice in that category. I am experiencing improvements as it is just by listening to different ones each day. They really do work better than counseling, or anything else that I have tried so far.

I have been looking for this title for so many years! I had the audio cassette back in the 80's and used it to lose a quick 20 lbs in time for a reunion. It really worked! Somehow, over the years I must have lost it during a move, but I've never stopped looking for it and FINALLY ..I found it! I'm thrilled!

Today I'm on a mission to lose that 20 lbs again which, sadly, I put back on. I have every confidence that, with the help of this audio title, I will succeed.

I can’t believe I found this website! I am so thrilled.

Here’s my story… Thirtyish years ago, having suffered from being overweight all my life, I chanced upon a self-hypnosis weight loss tape in a UK motorway café! I decided I might as well give it a go. I would try anything. My family were both amused and skeptical… until they saw me sometime later, 45 pounds lighter, confident, happy and smiling. I don’t even remember how the weight disappeared, I just remember the joy of being normal.

To this day, I still use the breathing exercises to relax before a big meeting, in the car, or whenever I am stressed… indeed, when I gave birth to my second child, I used the breathing successfully to help me through the contractions.

The weight has crept back on over thirty years. I lost my original tape some time ago, but I am forever expounding its virtues to anyone who will listen and they always ask me where they can buy one. Alas, I could never help them as I had bought it at an anonymous roadside café.

When I saw your website, I recognized the words from the tape immediately. I have such a great fondness for Barrie Konikov, a man I have never met. I loved his voice and I will always be grateful to him for rescuing me from overweight all those years ago.
