Hello, greetings, and welcome! My grandparents were Potentials Unlimited fanatics in the early 1980s. I had no idea that these were still for sale. My grandmother played all of hers until the cassettes were badly damaged and distorted after decades of daily use. I lived with them for a summer and my grandmother played these every day to get me to take a nap and then she'd always played good health at night 2017
I first started using Barrie Konicov's Potentials Unlimited self hypnosis back in the 1980's. They are tremendous. His soothing voice puts you into a deep relaxation, most of the time putting you into a deep restful sleep. Back then of course I was using cassette tapes.
I still use his products today. My favorite one is "Self Healing." But I have also used "Relieve Stress & Anxiety," "Tennis MS, (which appears is not on CD but is on cassette tape." The other one I have used is "Relaxation."
I would highly recommend his guided meditation/subliminal persuasion products to anyone looking to improve their life.

In the late '90's I used this tape a lot. It was my only self-hypnosis tape I had back then. One time while in a deep trance I remembered something from before I was born. Incredible, and it explained so much. A true blessing! That old tape wore out but luckily I had dubbed it on to another one. Now 20 years later and many more self-hypnosis cd's just this year, I came across that old copy I'd made and decided to google it. Sure enough the first website and the first self-healing cd I checked out was that same material! I've found it again and so much more. So I am ordering a replacement of the self-healing cd for now and more soon. Thank you SO much for still being here. I can't wait to get more of you! Dotty
My Self Healing cassette tape finally wore out. I bought about 15 tapes from Barrie way back in about 83-84. They have been a great help in my life. Thanks for your help. You are doing a great service to Mankind...keeping Barrie's great recordings available to us. God bless..
All products come with two sides/tracks for you to listen to. A Subliminal side that can be be played at anytime you wish. You should simply hear music during this part. The other side is a Guided Meditation side, and is sugguest to be used during the night or when you sleep.
